Growler Store was founded by a group of experts in the glass and closure industry with over 35 years of experience.  Our focus was to bring a bright and colourful edge to homebrew and American style growler while maintaining a professional service for both breweries, pubs, tap rooms and bars.  Our knowledge of available products spans far wider than you see on our site so feel free to ask us questions if you have a particular requirement in mind.

Our standard and Growler bottles range from 330ml to 3 litre in amber and clear. The 'Growler' was established by the 1800's in the US and the term was founded in local bars at the time where the 'growling' would occur between the bartenders filling them and the customers ordering them. There are many theories on the origins of 'Growler' but the most contemporary is that the bartender would try to get away with filling it with half of a pint and the punter would want a full pint which followed them growling at each other. Our growlers are made out of strong, thick amber glass with a choice of screw and swingstopper necks. They are suitable for transporting beer from your keg to parties or you can bottle them straight from fermentation bucket. To complement this range we have a selection of glass beer bottles that take hand and machine applied metal crowns that perfectly guides your secondary fementation in the right temperature conditions. Our glass is made either in the US or Europe.
